An avid collector and deal-maker, Daphne sells antiques at her shop on Main Street.  Finding unique items takes her all over the world, and she visits historic houses wherever she travels.  

Arts and Crafts style architecture, like the ca. 1910 PVH Weem's House on Southgate Avenue in the Murray Hill neighborhood that she lives in, are her favorite.  She is fond of the extensive oak woodwork, sleeping porch and rooms overlooking Spa Creek.  Weekends are spent in her sunroom library reading books on art and interior design, or taking frequent summer trips to the Atlantic beaches.
